1. Project Overview & Disclaimers

All details about Saajgiri at Nanded City—including designs, specifications, amenities, layouts, pricing, payment plans, possession dates, and visuals—are indicative and subject to change at the Developer's discretion, in compliance with RERA and applicable laws.

Marketing materials (renders, 3D views, brochures, walkthroughs) are artistic representations only and do not form part of any legal commitment unless explicitly included in the registered Agreement for Sale.

Final carpet area is as per RERA-approved plans. Layouts, furniture, fixtures, fittings, landscaping, and visuals are illustrative only and not guaranteed unless specified in the Agreement for Sale.

Possession will be offered as per the timeline in the Agreement for Sale, subject to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

Developer-attributable delays entitle compensation strictly per Section 18 of RERA—no additional claims beyond that.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation follows booking application and/or Agreement for Sale terms. Refunds (if applicable) deduct cancellation charges, taxes, statutory dues, brokerage (if any), and other amounts per policy and RERA.

7. Legal & RERA Compliance

All transactions are governed by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and other Indian laws.

Prospective buyers must independently verify all information (approvals, title, completion schedule, etc.) on the official MahaRERA portal before proceeding.

8. Communication Consent

By enquiring, registering, or booking, you consent to receive project updates, offers, and reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, email, calls, etc., from the Developer/authorized representatives. Opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us (see footer/privacy policy).

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts/tribunals in Pune, Maharashtra.
